Logos should be 120x60px in gif or jpeg format. See the WarrenPA.us button to the left for an example.
Paypal accepts up to $2,000 per transaction. If you'd like to donate more, contact us for arrangements.
After the transaction has cleared, please give us at least 5 business days to add your listing to the sponsorship page. Your listing will remain on the Sponsorship page for one year after the date of the listing. (note: the date of first listing will be added to the sponsorship page, not the date of the transaction.)
Information to be added to your listing should be no more than 25 words for donations under $1000 and no more than 50 words for donations $1000 or over.
Information to be added: Logo, Full Name (either company or individual), Address, Amount of Donation, Date of Addition to Sponsor List, Sponsor information and/or hyperlink to sponsors' webpage. If you wish any of this information not to be listed, please let us know.
Donations will be listed by the amount of the donation, highest being at the top. If two or more sponsors have an equal amount donated, the listings will be alphabetized.
If any sponsor wishes to remain completely anonymous, we will simply add "anonymous" to the listing. Anonymous sponsors will still be ranked by amount of donation, with no further information listed, with anonymous donators being listed last in any cases similar to the above note.
Donations are not tax-deductable.
The Warren Jaycees reserve the right to refuse donations and/or listings from any individual or corporate entity for any or no reason (ex: adult sites, terrorist organizations, etc.) Contact us if you have any questions on this BEFORE donating.
All transactions are Final. No refunds will be given, except under extreme conditions, which will be handled on a case-by-case basis, at the judgement of the Warren Jaycees.
For any donations of $600 or over per year, if requested, we will add a rotating banner ad to the rest of our site to list your establishment for one year. Please email your banner (468x60px, gif or jpeg) to Eric for inclusion. |
